We wish to speak with you about LOVE. Love is the most powerful energy in the entire universe. You are made from love and of love and by love.
Hate and anger and fear are not the opposite of love but are manifestations of lack of love. All that is not love comes from fear. Hate and anger come from fear, fear of being hurt, fear of not being good enough, even fear of not surviving. As soon as you can let go of fear, love comes in to take its place.
Now on the planet, there is a great need for all of you to let go of fear ; fear of any kind. As you do this, you make space for love. Love changes everything.
To help yourself to link in more with the frequency of love, chant the 'AH' sound. Or even just say it. 'AH' is the sound of the heart. The heart is the seat of love.
AH is very powerful. You automatically say it when you behold a new-born baby, you say it when you feel a sense of relief or a sense of release of tension. You have AHA moments when spirit inspires you with a new idea, or when you suddenly come upon the answer you have been looking for.
The AH sound is in the name of God in many religions.....AllAH, JehovAH, AHmun, BuddHA. It is also in MAter, PAter, Baba, In fact, it is everywhere. the more you look for it, the more you will find it......like love. Love is everywhere and the more you look for it, the more you will find it. To look for something is to focus on it.
Focus on LOVE. It will change your life and the life of all around you.
When you chant the AH or HA from your heart, it goes out in subtle soundwaves for miles in all directions.
If you cannot feel the love or visualise it, by chanting the AH sound you are creating the frequency of love and it will benefit you in so many ways. It will even help your health.
