Find a comfortable seat to sit on. Relax. Let go of all of your cares and worries.

BREATHE.

Be aware of your breath as it moves in and out. As you breathe out, feel yourself letting go of all your negativity, your tension and your stress.

As you breathe in, visualise yourself breathing in Light, Ease and Joy.

Do this for a few times.

Feel your body getting less tense. Be aware of the breath.

Now visualise that with each breath you are breathing in light. See this light flowing right through your body. Feel it filling every cell and molecule until your whole body is tingling with light.

Now your whole body is full of light. See the light radiating out from your physical body , out into your aura. See it radiating out for about 6 inches from your body, all around you. Focus on this for a while.

Now bring you attention to your heart. See the flame of Love in your heart. Let that love radiate out from you. See it going out....and out....and out in all directions, North, East, South and West. See it going around the entire world in all directions and joining up on the other side of the world until the whole world is covered in Loving Light. Send this Loving Light to all beings......to Mother Earth herself and to all of the mineral kingdom, then send it to all of the plant kingdom......now to all of the animal kingdom, all the animals, the inscets, the birds of the air and the fishes in the sea. Now send it to the Human kingdom, to all peoples wherever they are. Then send it to the unseen beings who also inhabit our Earth (Fairies, nature spirits etc)

Do this for as long as you wish. Then bring your attention back to your own self again and to where you are sitting. Back into your body. Take a few deep breaths and then open your eyes.
